The Masterplan

Taking a sharp look at these coordinates: 45°37′48″N 8°43′23″E* *(Milano-Malpensa International Airport) Investigating the ephemeral empathy between one of the many Italian massive building projects and its surrounding area. The photographic analysis combines metaphor and symbolism to describe places where human existence is forced into a multi-year state of decadent stagnation, due to relocation of the population from homes. Time passage is marked only by a deafening and overwhelming supersonic chant, while a slow and silent presence affects life cycles of Ticino Park ecosystem, a green corridor in which, perhaps, the air giants weren’t intended to nestle in.
